Engine Overhaul
We are able to offer a full overhaul and reconditioning service for all types of engine both via riding squads or at our fully equipped workshops. We are able to offer fully trained and experienced repair technicians for: Burmeister and Wain, Sulzer, Fiat, MAN, Wartsila, Daihatsu, Cummins, MTU, Pielstick, Yanmar, Detriot, MAK, Mirlees, Lister Blackstone and Ruston.

In situ Machining
In situ machining using our own portable grinding equipment, we are able to offer a reconditioning service on the following items:- Liner landing faces, entablature landing faces. Valve Pocket landing faces. We are able to machine all types of valves including inlet, exhaust and starting air types.

Propeller Service
We provide a 24 hour service with highly skilled and traveled service engineers which have vast experience working all over the world; working on C.P Propellers and O/D box surveys and renewals. In conjunction with our associated company S.M.P of Sweden Harris Marine carries out repairs to propellers and thrusters such as building up and machining of worn sections of the propeller hub e.g. Seal landing areas, Thrust Faces, and Bushings as well as Palm Fractures and fairing of blades.

In addition to the above, we offer a full range of mechanical services including Pump overhaul, Generator refurbishment, Chemical Cleaning.
