Harris Pye have been carrying out full project management for many years interfacing directly with the client and or the clients sub contractors. This is to ensure there is smooth interaction between all of the concerned parties with maximum quality and productivity.

Gantt charts and Microsoft Project are used to ensure all aspects of the repair are clearly identifiable and transparent and the various critical paths are flagged.

Our repair managers liaise with the project managers to ensure all works are completed wherever possible as planned.

This offers the client additional peace of mind with regard to where the responsibility ultimately lies for the quality timely completion of all projects as well as offering additional security with regard to Warranty issues in the unlikely event they should arise.
