Retubing of Boilers
Retubing of boilers, both main and auxiliary, and with specific reference to marine plant, can be completed on a voyage basis, or while the vessel is undergoing scheduled dry docking and repairs.

Quality Assurance
All work is carefully planned and executed to suit owners and charterers scheduling and conforms in all respects with current ISO standard regarding quality assurance requirements and documentation.

Construction Facilities
Each Harris Pye station incorporates facilities for the manipulation and fabrication of all boiler tubes, economisers and superheater assemblies. This includes boiler types and models from all manufacturers. Tubes are fabricated from original construction drawings or in the event that these are not available, from drawings made as a result of our comprehensive site inspection.

Component Parts
In addition, Harris Pye undertakes the supply of other boiler pressure part components, including steam drums, water drums, headers, downcomers, hand hole and inspection door assemblies.
